郑州再添一座新地标 —— 郑州中建创业大厦即将落成
New Landmark in Zhengzhou — China State Construction Engineering Corporation Zhengzhou HQ office
2016年，通过国际竞赛，BDP在郑州中建大厦项目中获得优胜。并在之后的两年内完成各项设计工作。本项目将于今年内竣工落成。
In 2016, BDP shanghai won the competition and got commissioned to design of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Zhengzhou HQ office. After two years, the project is now under construction and will be completed in 2018.
郑州创业中心大厦的设计愿景是创造一个轻松休闲并亲近自然的园区式办公环境,并将此项目打造成郑州经济技术开发区的一个新的地标。
The vison of the scheme is creating the natural relaxing working environment for those whom are always working and living in the concrete jungle.
项目包括四层裙房以及四栋塔楼。地上四层裙房，一层二层以商业功能为主，三层四层采用半包围的圆环设计，引入平行办公理念，将办公空间沿周长3 百米圆环一字排开，其间融入了一些公共空间，如休闲区域，室外露台等等。
The project includes four floors podium and four towers. Four podium on the ground with commercial function in first and second floor, and office spaces in third and fourth floor. Meanwhile, public space such as recreational area, outdoor terrace are embodied in the office space.
为了更好地服务办公功能，在圆环位于主塔楼中间的区域，设置了一个大面积的会议室，根据需求可进行灵活划分。
In order to have a better serve office functions, a large area of conference room is set up in the middle area of the main tower, which can be divided flexibly according to the demand.
，使得基地功能区域分散。但BDP通过引入花园办公的理念，，将功能空间围绕其布置。
The central part of this site is planned as a public green area, making the site dispersion, bringing the biggest challenge of this project. Firstly, ‘Garden Office’ as a concept is used by BDP, transferring the previous disadvantage condition-central park, into an advantage element-ashared public zone, surrounded by functional area.
同时BDP在功能上提出平行办公这一理念，办公空间沿着3 百米圆环一字排开，形成两层高圆环体型。在半圆环端头设置公共公共功能，如健身房，会议中心，spa 会所等。
Meanwhile,‘Horizontal Office’ as another concept is also raised up, offices arranged within a ring circle with 300 meter length and two stories height.
水平式办公带来了更大的空间弹性，为未来办公空间的延展带来极大的便利。
At the end point of the circle, there could be public functions supporting the office space, such as fitness club, conference center, spa, etc.
在形式上，圆环形水平办公楼将四栋塔楼联系到一起，形成一个统一的整体，创造了一个广度上的地标项目。
The spatial division of horizontal ring office is more flexible, bring much more possibilities for development of this project. Apart from that, this ring office also connects four towers formally, making this project a landmark from the aspect of extent instead of height.
因此BDP方案在解决了基地不规则问题的同时也实现了功能空间的创新，达到了形式与功能的统一。
In conclusion, BDP’s design not only take good advantage of the irregular site shape but also bring the innovation of functional space, integrating function with form properly.
